I've bought the report - when will it be delivered?
IMPORTANT - DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Hard copies will be available from 18th April 2012. Any orders for hard copies will be dispatched after that date
- The PDF delivery is NOT automated. PDF details will be emailed to you within IFPI London's working hours; all orders are processed and actioned between 09.00 - 15.00 UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays)
- Orders placed outside those times will be responded to as quickly as possible on the next working day
- Within those hours we aim to deliver PDF details (and Excel data if applicable) within two hours of purchase
- If an order is placed before 15.00 UK time, Monday to Friday (except on a UK public holiday), any hard copies included in the purchase will be dispatched same day, otherwise hard copies will be dispatched on the next working day
- If you have purchased the full report containing a physical copy or the academic package and you wish to order additional hard copies, they will be included in the initial delivery. If you require some additional copies after making the initial purchase send an email to ritco@ifpi.org and IFPI can raise an invoice; payment will need to be made offline. Copies ordered after the initial purchase will be sent by normal post.

Can I pay offline?
If you wish to pay offline, please complete the attached pro-forma invoice request form here and return it to ritco@ifpi.org. We will send you the invoice, including the VAT charge (if applicable), together with details of how to pay by either cheque or transfer.
Please note that the purchased package will not be released until payment has cleared.
I am an IFPI member - how can I get a copy?
The report is free to all IFPI members. To claim your free copy please email ritco@ifpi.org. Please include your membership number and if you also require a hard copy please reconfirm the delivery address.
I am a student / I work for a university - can I get a copy?
We have made the report available at a reduced rate for students/academic institutions. If you are a student seeking a copy but it is not available via your university library we are happy to contact the relevant person and supply them the details for purchasing the report. Proof of academic status will be required. Purchases made by third parties on behalf of academics / universities are NOT accepted.
I've bought the academic package / country page - can I upgrade to full package?
If you have bought a full report PDF-only package or country page data it is possible to get additional elements of the report (physical book and Excel data) by paying the difference in cost. To request an invoice for an upgrade please email ritco@ifpi.org.
When is the next edition of the report available?
