White Stripes front man attacks illegal downloading

Rock star Jack White has attacked those who obtain copyright infringing music illegally as being short-sighted and not thinking of the long-term consequences of their actions. The singer told MTV that a ‘now, now, now’ mentality could hit future generations who wouldn’t be able to enjoy so much music if the record industry is damaged by such actions.
